Research On Ethical Spirit In Artificial Intelligence Moral Design

At present,artificial intelligence science is widely used in our society,and the development of artificial intelligence science is changing with each passing day.There is no doubt that human beings will enter the era of industrial intelligence.Although the research on science and technology related to artificial intelligence has received sufficient attention and capital investment,the related ethical and legal research is relatively lagging.If we do not increase the study of relevant ethics and laws,and when the development of artificial intelligence exceeds human control,I am afraid that it will be too late.This paper selects the ethical spirit to be followed in artificial intelligence design as a subject,which is divided into four parts.The first chapter is the introduction.The second chapter introduces the definition of artificial intelligence,the development history of artificial intelligence and the main research contents,and clarifies the ins and outs of artificial intelligence,paving the historical background for the problems discussed later.The second chapter also discusses the moral autonomous judgment competence and moral subjectivity of artificial intelligence morality,demonstrates the necessity of moral design for artificial intelligence,and finally concludes that it can partially give artificial intelligence moral autonomous judgment competence and can not recognize artificial intelligence as moral subject.The third chapter introduces three models of ethical design for artificial intelligence in the industry,which are top-down,bottom-up and top-down and bottom-up hybrid models.The top-down design model is supported by Kant’s ethical theory.The philosophical support of the mixed model is Aristotle’s moral ethics.Through analysis,Aristotle’s morality ethics The hybrid model for support has a greater advantage in future practice.The fourth chapter combs the ethical spirit that should be followed in the design of artificial intelligence,that is,the spirit of multiple opinions,respect for privacy,avoiding prejudice,people-oriented and responsibility.These spirits are based on the technical practice of artificial intelligence and moral design and the theoretical basis of classical ethics.Finally,it also proposes to ensure the implementation of relevant ethical spirit by setting up a special ethics committee,strengthening the professional ethics construction of practitioners andpromoting legislation,and prospecting the moral prospects of artificial intelligence.
