The opera was once the most important cultural and entertainment method for the public,and it contained distinct regional cultural characteristics,but it suffered from challenges in the Internet era.The fast-paced culture of the Internet age and the fragmented reading habits of the audience cultivated in this culture have brought unprecedented crisis of survival to the opera characterized by“slow rhythm”and“integrity”.At present,the studies on the modes of Internet communication of operas mainly focuses on the opera website,the opera Weibo,and the wechat official accounts.The opera app has appeared and developed since 2015,and its number and types have increased rapidly,however the study on the opera app is very less.The opera app is rich in functions and professional,and is very suitable for spreading opera.The operation of the opera app is of great significance to the survival and development of the opera in the Internet era.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct more research on the opera app.The most downloaded in the drama app is the xiyuan app.it has its distinctive features:First,it is interactive,aiming to create a platform for communication between fans and fans,fans and opera artists;second is to increase the playability of the opera,creating a opera network arena,the third is to build a opera industry chain,not only to open an online mall,but also to establish close cooperative relations with all walks of life.Therefore,the analysis and investigation of the xiyuan app is obviously representative.The user is the direct user of the mobile app,and has the most intuitive experience of the mobile app.For the reason that,I use the theory of use and satisfaction to study users,I study the motivation,behavior and satisfaction of the users of the xiyuan app.The situation,and then sorted out the analysis and found that: the user of the xiyuan app is the main force of promotion;the game app has a single interaction form in the use and satisfaction of the user,and the effective interaction is insufficient;the opera information is less;the user feedback is not emphasized and the client runs the card and The voting mechanism is too simple and so on.According to these questions,the author proposes “multiple measures”,increasing the interaction form of private letters and establishing circles;expanding the depth and breadth of drama information;“activelyattacking”,it should continuously optimize the client and attach importance to feedback channels,and actively acquiring users suggestions and requirements,as well as through the holiday greetings,perfect after-sales service,and hosting offline opera exchange activities to increase user stickiness and stabilize user groups.It has been more than three years since the establishment of the xiyuan app,and there is no relevant literature to study it from the user's point of view.This paper plays a certain role in the development of the play app by using the research expectations of users and satisfaction of the play app,and supplements the study of drama internet communication.
