According to historical records,the yangqin was introduced into China from ancient Persia in the Ming Dynasty and has a history of more than 400 years.Early as an accompaniment instrument,this form appeared in the form of folk art performance,in rap,piano books and other forms of music,and gradually formed solo,ensemble and other forms of performance.After the continuous efforts of folk artists,great breakthroughs have been made in yangqin works.During the period of the Republic of China,yangqin solo works incresdingly appear gradually formed its own unique musical style.After a long period of creative development,Yangqin solo works more and more appear in the public field of vision.Therefore,although the Yangqin was introduced into China at the latest,its development speed is not inferior to that of other national instruments.Since the 21st century,the creation of yangqin music works has been carried out on the basis of inheritance and innovation.At the same time,it has added the composing techniques of Western music,which makes the dulcimer works innovative and different in style.With the development of modem music technology,the difficulty of playing yangqin works has been raised,so that more sound effects of yangqin have been shown.The emergence of new works of yangqin prompts us to constantly understand the characteristics and direction of our current works,so that we can better play and understand the works,and also has certain theoretical and practical support for the study of future direction of creation.This article will review the creation of Chinese dulcimer works in the past 20 years,and make some thoughts and explorations on the future development of yangqin works.
