With the widespread use of multimedia computer in education and teaching,more and more educators try to apply modern educational technology to English teaching process,which enriches teaching contents and teaching methods,and effectively compensates for the shortcomings of traditional teaching methods.This study is designed to explore the effectiveness of interactive teaching method in English writing teaching,using multimedia as an assistant teaching tool,in order to improve the writing ability of high school students.Guided by constructivism theory and autonomous learning theory,combined with the subject characteristics of high school English,this study attempts to teach English writing in the context of the combination of multimedia and interactive teaching methods.The purpose is to explore the accuracy,autonomy and performance changes of students' English writing.The author will attempt to explore and answer the following three questions: 1.What are the effects of interactive teaching methods based on multimedia to improving students' English writing accuracy? 2.What are the effects of interactive teaching methods based on multimedia to improving students' English writing autonomy? 3.What are the effects of interactive teaching methods based on multimedia to improving students' English writing performance?The study takes 86 students from two parallel classes in a senior high school as the research object,and divides them into control class(CC)and experimental class(EC).The research methods include the pre-test,post-test,questionnaire and interview,and the results of the test are analyzed and studied by SPSS19.0 software.The research results show that: using multimedia computer in the teaching of English interactive writing in Senior high School can make up the deficiency of traditional teaching mode,especially can create a harmonious learning atmosphere for writing teaching,and improve students' written expression ability and language organization ability,make their composition structure more logical,enhance their autonomy of learning writing,and meanwhile improve the accuracy and writing performance of English writing.In addition,the study also find that the application of multimedia computer technology in high school English writing teaching still has some limitations,such as lack of technology,lack of time online,limited economic and financial resources,and the network provides greater possibility for plagiarism.In a word,the application of computer multimedia technology in English writing teaching is still in the primary stage of development,but this research provides a new research direction for continuing to explore the combination of multimedia and interactive teaching method.All in all,the integration of interactive teaching method based on multimedia in English writing teaching has a long way to go.
