A Study On The Acquisition Errors Of Result Complements By Chinese Language Learners

Chinese grammar research and grammar teaching have always been a matter of great importance and concern in the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,as well as Chinese complements.As a unique grammatical component of Chinese,the acquisition of complements is a big problem for many Chinese learners.Because of the special structure and the diversity of collocation with other words,Chinese language learners make more errors in learning result complements.The study of errors in learning result complements by Chinese language learners will help Chinese language learners to master the application of result complements in the future.By analyzing the erroneous sentences retrieved from the HSK dynamic composition corpus of Beijing Language and Culture University,it can be found that Chinese language learners often have five kinds of errors,such as omission,misuse,wrong order,avoidance and confusion with possible complements when learning and using result complements.Further analysis of these erroneous corpus reveals that there are many reasons leading to errors in the process of learning and using result complements by Chinese language learners:students'language background,Chinese level,learning strategies and teachers'teaching will affect the acquisition of result complements by Chinese language learners.Therefore,in order to improve the errors of Chinese language learners in using the result complement,we can start from the two aspects of teachers' teaching and teachers'quality,and carry out targeted teaching,so as to reduce the errors of Chinese language learners in learning and using the result complement.
