Sichuan Qingyin is a popular form of ballad singing in Sichuan and Chongqing,which has strong musicality,rich tunes,beautiful singing voice,and represent important local features.It can be lyric and narrative,and it can be tell stories by speaking and singing.It not only has the long divertimento,but also pithy short tunes with different tastes,which is very suitable to be performed.In 2008,Sichuan Qingyin declared by Chengdu Art Theater in Sichuan Province was listed as the second batch of national intangible cultural heritage directory with the approval of the State Council.Taking Sichuan Qingyin as the object of the study,this study makes a detailed and comprehensive analysis of the musical form,singing practice analysis of the representative Yue Tune which is a representative of “Eight major tunes” of Sichuan Qingyin,as well as the representative repertoires of the synthesized series of Yue Tune and other tunes,including " Nuns down the mountain " and " Catch three brothers alive" regarded as the perspectives of the performing art of national vocal music.It aims to acquire a deep theoretical understanding and practical singing ability of representative repertoires of Yue Tune of Sichuan Qingyin divertimento.Furthermore,based on the analysis of the singing practice of representative repertoires of the divertimento of Yuediao in Sichuan Qingyin and combined with the author's experience in vocal music learning,especially the relevant techniques and skills of “new” national vocal music,this study will discuss in detail the protection,inheritance and development of the traditional singing practice art forms of ballad singing in Chinese local folk represented by Sichuan Qingyin in order to provide case support for the development of contemporary Chinese traditional music culture,especially for the continuous and in-depth development of the protection work of“intangible cultural heritage” today.
