Investigation And Analysis Of Korean Specific Purpose Of Chinese Teaching And Teaching Design

Korean Hotel and Airline service are the most representative area in Korean service field.In recent years,more and more job seekers want to work in this field,and enterprises in this field need more and more language skills.Especially in recent years,the number of Chinese tourists to Korea has gradually increased.In this trend,many Koreans choose to learn Chinese as a second foreign language(the first foreign language is English).Therefore,more and more language training institutions have offered courses related to Chinese teaching,such as "Hotel Chinese","Airline Chinese","Tourism Chinese" and so on.At the same time,in order to cultivate a higher level of"international service experts",there is a higher demand for the use of Chinese professional terms in relevant institutions in the Hotel and Airline fields.Specific purpose of Chinese courses in this field can be seen at any time in universities,enterprises and private training institutions,and the types of courses are increasing,and the school hours are also increasing.Its teaching objects are generally College students,job seekers or practitioners in this field.Because each learner's needs are different,the content of professional Chinese courses in this field taught by different institutions is also different.In order to adapt to the current situation of Chinese professional language in the field of Hotel and Airline services in Korea,the author learned about the course through interviews,surveys and telephone interviews.The subjects of the survey were universities,enterprises,private training institutions and so on,which were the institutions with the largest number of Chinese professional language courses in Korea.Although there are many courses of Chinese language in the field of Hotel and Airline in Korea,we have no idea what the real needs of practitioners in this field are.In order to further understand the needs of Hotel and Airline practitioners for Chinese professional terminology,the author makes a questionnaire survey and develops appropriate teaching courses for Chinese professional terminology according to their needs.This paper is divided into six parts,the first part is to introduce the research object,research methods and related research reviews;the second part is to conduct an institutional-based survey and content analysis of Korean Chinese professional terminology curriculum,through which we can understand the current Korean specific of Chinese curriculum content and what parts of the curriculum need to be improved;the third part is to analyze the content of Korean specific of Chinese curriculum.The fourth part defines the basic concepts and characteristics of Chinese for Hotel and Airline services based on the above survey and analysis,and introduces the basis of Chinese teaching curriculum design for Hotel and Airline services.The fifth part is based on the needs of the practitioners and according to the Chinese characteristics of Hotel and Airline services,to design a suitable specific of Chinese teaching course for the Hotel and Airline practitioners;the last part is the conclusion and Prospect of this paper.
