Transmedia narrative theory can be used to study how the compiler interprets the original work,thinking about transmedia retelling,intertextuality,and extension of narrative implications.Transmedia narrative is the product of the change of the times and technology.It brings new ways of content production.Sharing resources between different media changes the traditional expression and acceptance relationship among author and reader,producer and user.The user experience is expanded and deepened.Transmedia narrative uses multiple media platforms to construct a story network by using intertextual relationships between texts,breaking the summoning structure of a single text.According to the nature of the media,transmedia narrators formulate narrative strategies base on the characteristics of the media when translating the text content,thereby creating a textual difference and creating suspense,which generating a thrust to stimulate users to participate in the story world across media to maintain the story brand and expand consumption area.This article takes Nirvana in Fire as the specific research object,and uses the literature analysis method and the case study method to analyze the intertextual connection and different narratives presentations among novels,film television dramas and games.The first part of the article expounds the theoretical connotation of transmedia narrative and the background.The second part analyzes in detail how different texts can be used to construct intertextual links between texts in historical time and space,theme patterns,and plot layout in the Nirvana in Fire.The third part analyzes the narrative features of novels,film and television dramas of Nirvana in Fire,which from the aspects of multi-path narratives,non-linear narratives and multi-perspective transformations in structure,perspective,rhythm and mode.The fourth part is based on the analysis of the article,trying to draw a transmedia narrative to use the characteristics of the media to enhance the narrative experience.The media collaboration narrative provides more space for users to construct imaginary resources and information reprocessing,and changes user behavior in order to better play the communication potential brought by transmedia narrative.Last but not least,based on the application and practical value,this article reflects on the problems existing in the practice of the Nirvana in Fire in the transmedia narrative,and puts some suggestions.
