Ballroom dancing is a dance movement that combines specific music and body movements.In order to do well in ballroom dancing,we must have the following conditions: humanistic quality,musical ability,understanding of the origin and development of ballroom dancing,physical ability,psychological ability and strong dancing technical ability.Musical rhythm sense is the basis of musical ability.Dancers need to express their inner feelings of music and express their inner feelings with the help of body movements on the basis of accurate rhythm and rhythm,so as to show the beauty of dance.The beauty of dance movement is reflected in the good integration of music beauty and action beauty,so a good social dancer needs to have the ability to recognize and master music rhythm.Through classroom observation,it is found that because ballroom dancing is an optional course with only 2 class hours per week,teachers naturally put dance skills teaching in an important position,and students' sense of music rhythm is prone to lack of attention and inappropriate teaching methods.This research tries to innovate and design the teaching method of the sense of rhythm of ballroom dance music by using the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,experiment and data analysis,and carries out experimental research,hoping to obtain practical and theoretical research results and provide practical reference value for ballroom dance teaching.The conclusions are as follows:(1)In the process of ballroom dancing teaching,the comprehensive use of language-intensive stimulation teaching method,the combination of hearing and action teaching method and Orff's body percussion teaching method has significant teaching effect on improving students' sense of rhythm of ballroom dancing music and the level of ballroom dancing technology.(2)In order to form a good language stimulation and give full play to the role of language stimulation,we should grasp the content of words,the category of mood and speed,and pay attention to the good combination of words and passwords.(3)According to the characteristics of dance music,students should choose music with bright rhythm.Students should follow the teacher's command while listening to music,and synchronously complete the beating or clapping movements of rhythm and rhythm.This is the core problem in the application of the teaching method of combination of hearing and action.(4)The body percussion training method and foot rhythm training method are usedin various forms and flexible methods.The training effect is not affected by the accompaniment of music or the guidance of teacher's password.In the preparation part of the class,the training contents of body percussion and foot rhythm are specially arranged,which can not only activate the classroom atmosphere,enhance students' interest in learning,but also help to improve the ability of using ballroom dance music.
