A university is a beautiful and meaningful time in a person's life,and it is also a relatively important stage in a person's life.The university stage plays a vital role in the development of individual personality and the formation of world views and values.In recent years,the pressure faced by college students has become more and more serious,and interpersonal pressure has occupied a considerable proportion.Excessive interpersonal stress can cause college students to have negative emotions,reduce their subjective well-being,and even affect their health.The subjective well-being of the college student group has an important influence on the future development of life.In recent years,forgiveness has gradually become a hot issue of positive psychology.Studies have shown that forgiveness can improve an individual's negative emotions and improve their subjective well-being.The questionnaire survey method was used to select 400 college students from Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities to study the interpersonal stress,subjective well-being and forgiveness of college students.Relationship,on this basis,focus on whether forgiveness has a mediating effect between the two.The results of the study are as follows:A.The overall level of interpersonal stress among college students is relatively high,and there are significant differences in ethnicity,place of residence,and only child.Minority college students have higher levels of interpersonal stress than Han nationality college students;college students living in rural areas have higher interpersonal stress than those living in urban areas;non-only children have higher interpersonal stress than single children.However,gender factors have no significant effect on the interpersonal stress level of college students.B.The subjective well-being of college students is low,and there are significant differences in gender,ethnicity,place of residence,and only child.Female college students have higher subjective well-being than male college students;Han nationality college students have higher subjective well-being than minority college students;urban residential college students have higher subjective well-being than rural residents;single-child children have higher subjective well-being than non-only children.C.The level of forgiveness of college students is at a lower-middle level,with significant differences in ethnicity,place of residence and only children.Han nationality college students have higher levels of forgiveness than minority college students;rural college students have higher levels of forgiveness than urban college students;non-only children have higher levels of forgiveness than only one-child children.However,the gender factor has no significant effect on the level of college forgiveness.D.There are two correlations between college students' interpersonal stress,level of forgiveness and subjective well-being.Among them,interpersonal stress is significantly negatively correlated with subjective well-being,and there is a significant negative correlation between interpersonal stress and forgiveness.There is a significant positive correlation between forgiveness and subjective well-being.E.Forgiveness plays a partial intermediary role between college students' interpersonal stress and subjective well-being.Based on the above research results,we conclude that there is a correlation between interpersonal stress,forgiveness and subjective well-being,and that forgiveness plays a partial intermediary role between interpersonal stress and subjective well-being.The conclusion of this study can provide theoretical reference and basis for relevant personnel to improve the subjective well-being of college students from the perspective of interpersonal stress and forgiveness.
