Confucius Institute is committed to promoting Chinese language,spreading Chinese culture and cultivating cross-cultural talents for the world.It meets the needs of the people of the world for Chinese language learning and Chinese culture learning,and trains a number of global bilingual talents with cross-cultural qualities.Based on the perspective of internationalization of adult education,this paper focuses on the evaluation and reflection of the mode of cross-cultural talent cultivation,and studies the mode of cross-cultural talent cultivation of Confucius Institute for adults.In this paper,literature analysis,case study,interviews,Delphi method and other research methods are used.The specific research contents are as follows:The first part briefly reviews the related research status at home and abroad.It also expounds the value of the research in theory and practice,and explains the main contents and methods of the research.The second part briefly elaborates the main theoretical basis of the research,including the theory of cross-cultural education,the theory of internationalization of adult education and the theory of human resources development,which provides the theoretical basis for the follow-up study of the paper.The third part combs the related concepts of cross-cultural education on the basis of literature analysis,and briefly explains the definition,objectives and characteristics of cross-cultural personnel training in cross-cultural personnel training.On this basis,the concept of"adult-oriented cross-cultural talent training in Confucius Institutes"is defined.The fourth part analyses the current situation of cross-cultural talents training in Confucius Institute.Firstly,the development of Confucius Institutes is analyzed.The development stage of Confucius Institutes is divided into four stages:initial stage,rapid stage,stable stage and transformation and upgrading stage.Secondly,it combs the current situation of cross-cultural talents training in Confucius Institute from the perspectives of talent training concept and objectives,teaching content,teaching methods and teaching staff.The fifth part uses Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to construct the evaluation system,and evaluates the cross-cultural talent training model of Confucius Institute for adults.Through consulting literature and interviews to determine specific evaluation indicators,and then according to Delphi method to conduct a questionnaire survey and interview analysis of experts,build an evaluation system for adult-oriented Confucius Institute's cross-cultural talent training model.The sixth part applies the evaluation system established in the fifth part,taking Confucius Classroom in Fuqing,Myanmar,and Confucius Institute of Daka University,Bangladesh as typical cases,to evaluate the training mode of cross-cultural talents,and to analyze the specific problems combined with the interview content.The seventh part,based on the above analysis,rethinks the existing training mode of cross-cultural talents in Confucius Institutes for adults from five aspects:training objectives,training contents,training methods,teaching staff and teaching materials,and training assessment contents,and tries to reconstruct it.
