The Xa Animation Software Talents Training Mode

The cultivating model of telents in higher vocational education, related to the realization of goals of higer vocational college, is the core issue of improving teaching quality. XA College of Animation and Software is facing the opportunities of rapid development of animation industry, as well as the disadvantages in the disadvanced management mechanism, inadquant qualified teachers and the backward concept, especially the cultivating model falling behind the development of the College to become a key constraint. In this paper, by appling the Competency Model in Human Resources to the cultivating model of telents in higher vocational education, the author focus on the analysis and research of the existing problems in the content of China's vocational education, development status, the cultivating model of telents and the XA College of Animation and Software.Firstly, this article makes a brief introduction about the importance of the research. Secondly, a comprehensive introduction about the characteristics and objectives of higher vocational education, the meaning and role of telents'culticating model, as well as Competency Model theory. In the third section, by comparing the external environment and internal conditions of the College of Animation and software by the method of SWOT analysis, the author puts forward that XA College of Animation and software should rely on the external resources to accelerate itself development. In the fourth section, the author designs the "Order-style" of school-enterprise cooperation in telents'cultivating mode under the guide of Competency Model and sets up teaching plan and curriculum system suitale for the career requirements and development. Finally, the author puts forward the concrete steps and contents of "order-style" culticating model based on the implementation of the Competency Model.The cultivating model on the study is of great significance for the orientation of development, the pattern, the characteristics and other practical problems in XA College of Animation and Software. Both long-term mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation and "order-style" cultivating model have an important reference role for achieving market-oriented colleges, and improving the quality of telents'cultivation in higher vocational college..
