With the development of urbanization process,a large number of labor force began to migrate to the city,and its migration mode gradually changed from individual migration to family migration,which resulted in the emergence of the group of migrant children.Migrant children are more or less confronted with the problem of social integration when they come to the place of immigration.The most contacted group in childhood is peer group.Integration with peers is a dimension of their integration into society.However,some children have problems such as school bullying and social withdrawal,which affect their good interaction with peers and their integration into the city in the long run.City society.Taking B primary school in Kunming as an example,this paper explores the strategies of group work in improving the peer communication ability of migrant children.Firstly,data were collected through observation,questionnaire and interview,and the problems of peer communication ability of migrant children in primary school B were analyzed from behavioral and emotional aspects,and the factors affecting their peer communication ability were explored.Secondly,based on the previous investigation and analysis,4 migrant children with weak peer communication ability and 4 migrant children with strong peer communication ability were selected as team members.According to the practical intervention strategy of cognitive behavioral theory and the three-dimensional linkage working method of social work professional services,the migrant children's self-awareness was improved by changing their self-cognition.Confidence in peer interaction promotes the expansion of peer support and the improvement of peer communication ability.Finally,it summarizes the findings of this practical study from the perspective of social work intervention methods and intervention,and reflects on the shortcomings in the practical process,and puts forward some suggestions for social work to improve the peer interaction ability of migrant children.
