This research aims at exploring problem behaviors among middle school students from families of migrant workers. 20 students who are selected through questionnaire results analysis as high-problem-behavior are divided into two groups—experimental group and control group—at random. Experimental group will be given exclusively 60-minute-long tutoring for 8 times within 8 weeks and examination will be carried out afterwards. Amid this research the independent and dependent variables are respectively tutoring and scores of each item as well as the overall bands of Scale of problem behaviors among middle school students. The experimental results will be supplemented with observation record of group activities and feedback from members.Followed are the main conclusions:1. The data analysis showed that the differences between before-test and after-test are significant, and these differences between experimental group and control group are in 3 factors: emotional problem behavior, communication problem behavior and personality problem behavior.2. As been seen from the qualitative materials, students' self-confidence,interpersonal communication, emotional management, learning motivation,teamwork and other aspects have improved through group tutoring. |
