A Study Of Goneysuckle Pattern's Artistic Symbols In Wei,Jin,Southern And Northern Dynasties

Traditional patterns,as treasures of Chinese civilization,have extremely high artistic value and historical research value.However,there are few researches on honeysuckle pattern's systematic cognition and modeling characteristics.Honeysuckle pattern appeared at the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty and flourished during the Southern and Northern Dynasties.It has developed into a classic pattern of traditional Chinese plant patterns and has become an artistic form with profound cultural connotation and strong appeal.It occupies an important position in the history of traditional Chinese pattern decoration.Therefore,honeysuckle pattern,as a decorative theme,not only has important research significance,but also the cultural connotation behind its emergence and evolution is worth exploring and studying.The research articles on honeysuckle pattern's artistic symbols in the Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties are analyzed by the methods of literature research,semiotics analysis,iconology research and cultural anthropology research.Firstly,the concept of honeysuckle pattern is elaborated in detail,and the embryonic form,deductive development,maturity and stability of honeysuckle pattern are analyzed.The graphic method is used to prove that honeysuckle pattern's appearance mainly continues the palmate leaf pattern evolved from Greek palm leaf pattern and buttercup leaf pattern.According to the analysis and induction of thecharacteristics of honeysuckle pattern in Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties,the category of honeysuckle pattern is clearly defined.By using the standardized drawing method in modern design,the mathematical relationship in the proportion of honeysuckle patterns is summarized,and the concept of "consistent wavy continuous honeysuckle pattern" is put forward for the first time.Combing the color application rules of honeysuckle pattern in murals;The application rule of honeysuckle pattern modeling and color matching characteristics in modern design is obtained.Finally,according to the previous research on the cultural connotation and aesthetic intentionality of honeysuckle pattern's plastic arts,the aesthetic significance and aesthetic thoughts behind it are deeply analyzed.And explore the application of traditional honeysuckle pattern in modern design,in order to achieve the integration of traditional patterns and modern design to provide some theoretical basis.
