Regent System Of The State Council During The Beijing Government Period Of The Republic Of China

These problems make the conditions applicable to the State Council's regency system seem vague and inaccurate.Especially during the second Gao lingwei regent cabinet,The implementation of the State Council's regency system has added a lot of confusion to the central political situation.Congress and the president blame each other,The Regent Cabinet therefore did not become a system.However,in the later regent cabinets of the Beijing government of the Republic of China,especially during the regent cabinet of Yan Huiqing,the regent cabinet of Du Xigui and the regent cabinet of Gu Weijun,People are no longer entangled in the legal provisions on which the State Council's regency system is based,whether it applies to the current regent cabinet,but to discuss whether the Beijing Regent Cabinet can be called the central government.The Regent Cabinet is only a political product of an extraordinary period.The longer it lasts,the more the government will be sluggish.This can be seen from the first Zhou Ziqi Regency Cabinet.However,in the later period of the Beijing government of the Republic of China,with the absence of the president and the congress,the regent cabinet could not be transformed into a government under normal conditions.And this abnormal situation can only make the government's situation worse and worse.During this period,although the powers had tried to re-elect the president and reorganize the parliament,they all gave up for various reasons.The Beijing government can only end in depression after suffering from this abnormal political form.
