A Study Of Morpheme Formation In The Language Of Biyo Hani

From the perspective of morphemes,this Master's thesis describes and studies the Hani Biyo dialect(hereinafter referred to as Biyo dialect)of the Yi branch of the Tibetan-Burmese language family in China and Tibet.On the premise of summarizing the previous studies on Hani language and other Yi language genres,this thesis draws lessons from the research methods and achievements of morphemes analysis of other ethnic languages,and classifies Biyohani from basic morphemes and morphemes,and draws lessons from the basic morphemes and morphemes of Biyohani.From the aspect of morpheme,Hani language is different from other languages and dialects.The main body of this thesis is divided into the following five chapters:The first chapter summarizes the previous research results,analyzes and summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of Hani language and morpheme formation,and expounds the source,method and significance of this study.In the second chapter,referring to the existing corpus and drawing lessons from the research methods and achievements of other ethnic languages,the author uses the substitution method to sort out and sum up the basic corpus of Biyohani,and sums up the basic morphemes of Biyohani.The third chapter classifies and describes the basic morphemes of Bijonghani from the aspects of syllable form,source,meaning and function.They include monosyllabic morphemes and polysyllabic morphemes,monosyllabic morphemes,polysemy morphemes and synonym morphemes,morphemes and non-morphemes,free morphemes,semi-free morphemes and non-free morphemes.The root morphemes and affixes morphemes,intrinsic morphemes and loanwords morphemes are used to probe into the characteristics of Biyohani morphemes in various types through typological analysis.In the fourth chapter,we divide simple words and compound words from the angle of word formation,sum up the morpheme formation rules of Biyohanicompound words,and analyze the semantic addition,semantic tilt and semantic transfer of morphemes in the compound words.In the fifth chapter,the author summarizes the morphemes of Biyohani language.The inadequacies of this study and the direction of further study are discussed.
