The Chinese dish name is an important part of the diet vocabulary.Mastering the appropriate Chinese dish name can not only meets the daily needs of Chinese learners,but also helps to improve their cultural adaptability and cultural communication skills.Therefore,the "General Course Outline for International Chinese Teaching" serves as a guiding book for Chinese as a second language teaching.It describes the classification of dietary vocabulary and food culture,emphasizes the use of diet as a breakthrough in cultural input,and helps students understand Chinese material culture.And gradually improve students' enthusiasm for Chinese learning.Under the guidance of this realistic theory,the teaching of relevant dietary content has been designed to varying degrees in the primary Chinese comprehensive textbooks.However,in the primary foreign language comprehensive textbooks,which are mainly based on long-term teaching materials,the dietary contents are scattered in the individual chapters of the textbooks,which indirectly causes the Chinese learners to systematically grasp the results of the diet.Based on this status quo,this paper envisages the application of Chinese dish names in the primary Chinese-English comprehensive classroom,and helps students to acquire Chinese food knowledge in a relaxed and pleasant classroom atmosphere while improving students' life skills and cultural adaptability.From this point of view,this paper firstly summarizes and sorts out the names of Chinese dishes in the2008 Beijing Olympic Games menu.The Chinese dishes are divided into two types: real food names and freehand food names,and the naming rules of the two kinds of vegetable names are summarized.The national psychology behind it.Subsequently,the Chinese cuisine name was applied to the teaching strategies and teaching ideas of the primary Chinese language comprehensive classroom.Specifically,the teaching strategy is based on four aspects: physical aided teaching,multimedia teaching,the use of word clustering to expand the teaching and comprehensive use of various teaching strategies.It is also envisaged to take into account the teaching of real food names and the exercise of life skills in the primary Chineselanguage comprehensive classroom.In the extended lectures outside the classroom,the cultural connotation of the name of the dish and the Chinese food customs are extended.Therefore,in the fifth chapter of this article,the authors show in detail the teaching methods of high-frequency vocabulary such as food name,cooking vocabulary and taste words that constitute the name of the real dish;and suggest the traditional Chinese food customs and the meaning of the famous allusions.Design related cultural lectures;at the same time,train students' life skills to perform corresponding classroom activities.Finally,at the end of the article,the author designs a specific teaching case by taking the article “Tomato Scrambled Eggs” in the textbook “Boya Chinese – Elementary · Getting Started II”(Second Edition)as an example.Specifically,how to properly apply the Chinese dish name to the various parts of the vocabulary and grammar practice,hope to provide a certain teaching reference for the teachers of Chinese as a foreign language.
