The attitude of seeking professional psychological help is an internal reaction to the behavior of professional help.A good attitude of asking for help can improve college students' mental health literacy,promote their mental health development,as well as contribute to their academic progress and life harmony.However,the current researches are not systematic,few and single.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to understand the factors affecting it and formulate targeted intervention measures.This study randomly selected 523 undergraduates.Firstly,the present situation of college students seeking professional psychological help is discussed.Secondly,using the scale of stigma toward seeking professional psychological help,perceived devaluation-discrimination scale,perceived social support scale and the attitude toward seeking professional psychological help as tools,this paper investigated the relationship between mental illness stigma,perceived social support and college students attitude of seeking professional psychological help.Finally,on this basis,adopt the way of group intervention to change the attitude of the college students seek professional psychological help to change.The research results are as follows:Firstly,College students have a positive attitude towards seeking professional psychological help,senior students have the highest degree,and female students scored higher than male students.Indirect experience influences the attitude of seeking professional psychological help.Secondly,Stigma of mental illness,perceived social support and seeking professional psychological help were significantly correlated.perceived social support has partial intermediary role between mental illness stigma and seeking professional psychological help.Thirdly,the group intervention programme has an immediately effect and long-effect to change college students' attitude of seeking professional psychological help.
