The study investigated 1000 undergraduate students by using “Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scaleâ€, “Marlowe-Crowne Social Desirability Scaleâ€, “Self-Stigma of Seeking Help Scaleâ€, “Perceived Devaluation-discrimination Scaleâ€, “ATSPPHâ€. Then analyzed the data from the recycling of 771 valid questionnaires by using T-test and correlation analysis, also using Amost17.0 to establish structural equation model and analyzed the intermediary effect to explore the relation among self-esteem, mental illness stigma and professional help-seeking attitude. The research conclusions are as following:(1)The professional help-seeking attitude and the public mental illness stigma level of college students are not high. The mental illness self stigma level of college students is low.The self-esteem level of college students is higher.(2)The professional help-seeking attitude of college students exists significant differences on sex, professional category and grade. The public mental illness stigma ofcollege students exists significant differences on sex and grade.The mental illness selfstigma of college students exists significant differences on professional category and grade. The self-esteem of college students exists significant differences on professional category.(3)The relation among the self-esteem, the mental illness self stigma and the professional help-seeking attitude of college students exists significant correlation with each other. The relation between the self-esteem and the professional help-seeking attitude of college students is a positive significant correlation. The relation between the self-esteem and the mental illness self stigma of college students is a negative significant correlation.
