"Youth" Series Of Works Of Creative Inspiration

Since the emergence of watercolor painting in the 16 th century,it has been developing all over the world with its unique artistic appeal.As an important classification of watercolor painting,figure painting has emerged many famous artists and painted watercolor figures,which has played an important role in promoting the development and prosperity of watercolor figure painting.The author was deeply influenced by Anders Zorn and Guan Weixing when creating the "Youth" series.I admire their rigorous modeling ability,superb painting skills and unique picture flavor,and learn their meticulous observation of life and diligent and rigorous artistic attitude.The works are mostly based on characters and scenes in real life,trying to find inspiration and express ideas in the most ordinary and direct things.The author's creation takes the nearby schoolmate as the main body namely,using the realistic technique to mold the gentle and gentle quiet character image.During the creation of "youth" series of works,there are two main methods to collect materials.The one is to capture with the camera and the other one is to draw a sketch record.The composition of the work adopts a concise and clear way to highlight the subject of the picture better.In the process of image building,the level change of color blocks is used to depict the shape and structure of the characters,to convey the inner spirit of the characters,and to pursue the picture effect of both form and spirit.The subjective treatment of color makes the picture change in unity to express the girl's dignity,gentleness and quiet.Through the creation of the “Youth” series,the author has deeply realized the importance of sketching to enhance observation ability and improve painting skills.Combined with my own painting practice,I have strived to improve my artistic accomplishment,find a suitable painting way in constant exploration and express my true feelings.
