| The post office in Ming Dynasty consists of three parts: Post,Delivery and Jidipu.As one of the three major post delivery agencies,Jidipu specializes in the delivery of official documents,which is closely distributed among provinces,prefectures and counties.It plays an important role in political,economic,military,cultural and other fields.The same is true in Jiangxi.Because of the special geographical location of Jiangxi,the setting and distribution of Jidipu have its own unique characteristics.There are a large number of Jidipu in Jiangxi.There are about 896 of the 13 governments under the jurisdiction,which are closely distributed in the prefectures and counties under the jurisdiction.It is mostly located in the road to rush,but also distributed in remote areas,paving links into a line,interwoven into a huge transportation network,easy to pave troops in the way of foot-by-foot transmission.Jiangxi Jidipu is managed by both central and local government,but mainly by local government.Although the number of houses and buildings in each prefecture,Prefecture and county varies,the basic regulations are similar.The paving of troops is made up of strong men,who are good for long journeys and protect the document,but their treatment is low.As far as the three post agencies in Ming Jiangxi are concerned,each of them has its own functions,but there are many differences in distribution,housing construction,transportation,personnel and their treatment.In terms of distribution,the number of Jidipu far exceeds that of Post and Delivery,while in other respects,they differ greatly from those of Post and Delivery centers.This has nothing to do with the respective functions and delivery modes of the three post agencies.Jidipu also plays its due role in the political,economic,cultural and other fields of the region,but there are still many problems.With the fading of the Ming dynasty,the jiangxi Jidipu and even the whole post office suffered from many problems and eventually went into decline. |
