Rapsodie pour Orchestre et Saxophone written exactly a century since it was first published in 1919,is the only work written by Claude Debussy for the saxophone,commissioned by America's Elise Hall.As a representative of the impressionist in the saxophone works,it is a rare classic.The full text is divided into three chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the contribution made by the commissioner Elise Hall to the saxophone performances,and through the historical documents,Debussy letters,biographies,manuscript music and other materials,the creative process of this work is researched.The second chapter makes a brief analysis of the text and explains the potential humanistic connotation in the instrumental music.In the third chapter,the author combines performance aesthetics,performance measurement,psychology and other research methods to try to reveal the precautions in the actual performance of the work from different perspectives.As a representative of the French impressionist style saxophone in the early 20 th century,Rapsodie is often used as a repertoire for the saxophone competition at home and abroad.In-depth study of him is conducive to the development of the saxophone field,so that players can have a deeper understanding of the work.
