Research On The Issues Of Marxist Historical Theory In China During 1979 To 1999

Since the reform and opening up,Marxist historical theory has made remarkable progress in the process of combining with Chinese practice.Faced with the new situation since the new period,the historians have made great achievements in some historical theories through arduous exploration.Evaluation based on the historical figures,historical process,historical law of the three basic theoretical questions as the research object,by combing and analysis of their development during 1979 to 1999,this change and enlightenment to the modern history,hoping to better promote the faster development of Marxist historiography theory,consolidate the guiding position in history.The first chapter mainly discusses the reasons for the rise of the evaluation of historical figures,as well as the new development of the evaluation standards,principles and methods of historical figures.In the 1980 s,scholars mainly focused on correcting those historical figures who were misrepresented and evaluated during the cultural revolution.Of course,many scholars began to discuss the criteria,principles and methods of historical evaluation.In the 1990 s,we continued this work,but there was also the problem of over-correction,and some cases were overturned for historical figures,which we should be vigilant against.The second chapter focuses on the analysis of historical process theory.Firstly,the thesis of "the development of human society is a natural historical process" is reorganized.Secondly,it discusses the specific theoretical problems related to the historical process,that is,the problems of historical progress,the regularity and variability of the historical development process,and the inevitability and contingency of the historical development process.We hope to grasp the development of human history in a more comprehensive and in-depth way.The third chapter discusses the law of history.This paper probes into the proposition that "the five social forms evolve in turn as the laws of the universal operation of society and history",and probes into the realistic power of the law of history,that is,the historical power.Through combing the development of the above three key theoretical issues,finally it is concluded that the Marxism history theory in the new historical period not only implements the correct understanding of the past some scholars fallacies,to return to the "real" Marxism's path,and as in the new historical period,unswervingly adhere to the principle of historical materialism laid a more solid theoretical basis.
