With the rapid advancement of the globalization process and the accelerated development of the social economy,traditional values and moral systems have begun to be impacted by economic interests and have undergone major changes.Problems such as confusing value concepts,weakened ideal beliefs,weak moral consciousness,personal pursuit of utilitarianism,and inconsistencies in knowledge and understanding have become increasingly prominent.Under such a severe objective situation,it is imperative to strengthen the education of college students’ socialist core values and use the correct theory of core values to guide and standardize the value behavior of college students.Due to the complexity and change of the social environment,relying on traditional classroom education can not effectively complete the education of college students’ core values.This requires colleges and universities to blame another,using all available educational resources to participate in the education of the core values of college students.With the continuous development of Internet technology,the main melody film as an emerging educational resource,because the main melody film has its own mainstream ideology,convenient access to resources,attractive to college students and other excellent characteristics.The main melody film undoubtedly broadens the way for colleges and universities to educate college students on core values.For the status quo of the main melody film on college students’ education,this paper has done a good job of the movie viewing,filming effect and observation of the three local college students of DaLi University,BiJie College and AnShun College through text research,questionnaire survey and field interview methods.According to the original data collected by questionnaires and field interviews,this paper concludes that under the new historical conditions,the main melody film as an emerging educational resource does have an inestimable educational effect on the core values of college students.According to the questionnaire and the field interview data,this paper discusses the classification of the educational function of the main melody film to the core values of college students.The educational function of the main melody film to the core values of college students is divided into individual cognitive function,individual development function,individual guiding function and individual incentive function.Through the analysis of questionnaires and field interviews,this paper also discusses the factors thatinfluence the main melody film to achieve the core values education function.This paper discusses the subjective and objective aspects of the factors that influence the main melody film to realize the core value education function.According to these factors that influence the main melody film to realize the core values education,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to realize the core value education function,through the production of the main melody film,school education,mass media,family education environment.
