As a world-renowned Japanese contemporary writer,Murakami Haruki has been insisting on creation since the 1970s,and has published dozens of popular literary works. In the country,it has once again caused "Murakami fever."His works are constantly changing the time-space double-line structure, fragmentation and plated narrative strategy, depicting the story of the alienation and loss of the characters, the uncertainty of life and so on.The space issue is the core of the narrative theory since the twentieth century.Murakami's works have built representative spaces in the ever-changing space,including:"home-style","urban-style","forest-style" reality space;"deep wells and caves","rooms and The vacant land "physical space;the "consciously constructed world of personal construction"and the "non-realistic space of the multi-person constructed psychological space".In addition, the time and structure in the text narrative also appear spatialized. The story often develops in the transfer of these spaces. The shaping of the characters and the construction of the theme are also realized here. The literary world of Murakami Haruki is constructed, and his works are more attractive to readers.Based on the spatial narrative theory, this paper analyzes Murakami's works and explores the significance of spatial construction for his works.
