The Mobile Internet technology has changed the traditional information disseminated way,providing convenience and conditions for people to online chating,receive information,social comunication,entertainment and study immediately,interactivity,anytime anyway.So a large number of service platforms came into being,which based on integration,communication,trading and consump of cultural products and cultural content integration.The emergence of these large-scale service platforms has changed the industry structure and cultural production system,as well as the relationship between content production and cultural consumption.Two different styles interactive communities based on cultural consumption have emerged,in the PGC and UGC content production modes are widely used in service platforms.While the state of interaction between producers and consumers,consumer groups presents different relationships between content production and cultural consumption in to different interactive communities.Himalayan FM is a mobile broadcast app based on mobile internet technology,meanwhile it is a platform using PGC and UGC production mode,it occupis the first leading for a long time,which has some typicality.This paper takes Himalayan FM as a case,uses network ethnography,online observation and text analysis,in order to analyse the relationship between producers and consumers,consumers and consumers,consumers and platforms uder PGC and UGC production modes.First,conlude the rise of mobile broadcast app,as well as the characteristics and influence.Second,use text analysis and questionnaire survey analyse cultural products and audience listening situation.Use the online observation way to interpret the network text which in virtual space and use interview way to explain consumers'consumption experience,so as to explore the relationship between content production and cultural consumption.Make advise for the development of platform.
