A Brief Analysis Of Easel Painting After Photography

With the advancement of science and technology,the ability to truly reflect the objective world of photography has replaced the recording and dissemination functions of painting gradually after its birth,posing a threat to traditional on-shelf paintings.Practiee has proved that paintings have not been replaeed by photography.on the eontrary,the appearance of photography has otherwise promoted the diversification of viewing methods and creative methods of the paintings,and has further promoted the development of Western modem art.While photography offers materials to on-shelf paintings,paintings are also referencing the effects of photography and the photographic images itself.It is very common for the photographic images to be used to assist ereation for on-shelf paintings,and it is inevitable that the abuse of cheap graphics will occur.Therefore,it is especially important to properly referencing the photographic technology in the process of creating on-shelf paintings and to grasp the scale of using the photographic images.The reference to photography technology in the creation of the on-shelf paintings combined with the author's own creation is mainly discussed in this thesis.First of all,the revolution generated by the development of photographic technology in different periods on the creative concept of the on-shelf paintings and the promotion effect the development of photographic technology has on the development of the art of paintings are discussed.Secondly,combined with the artists and their works,it is specifically clarified that a rich creative means and a variety of viewing methods for paintings are provided by photography.Besides,the advantages and disadvantages of the dependence of the creation of paintings on photography are analyzed in the thesis,and it is proposed that photography should be referenced by paintings from the following three aspects,namely creation concept,observation method and technical application,and it is not possible to just eopy the photographic images.Finally,the specific application of the photography and photography images in my own creative practice are explained.
