| In the past more than 10 years, the dietary problems of primary school students in China have become more and more prominent, resulting in the number of cases of overweight obesity increasing year by Previous studies of dietary problems have found that both self-control and enhanced sensitivity may be closely linked to dietary problems, but there has been no study to explore the combined effects of self-eontrol and enhanced sensitivity. This study first explores the relationship between self-control and the weight state of primary school students, then uses computer task training to improve student self-control,help them improve their dietary behavior, and then through the revision of the Chinese version of the student reinforcement sensitivity scale to explore the impact of reinforcement sensitivity on dietary behavior, and finally combined with self-control,enhanced sensitivity to the role of dietary problems, and constructs the theoretical model. The purpose of this study was to explore the causes and improvement methods of dietary problems in primary school students. The study selected a total of 968 students and parents in a summer camp in Beijing and a primary school in Qingdao. The study used the stop signal task to measure students ’ self-control,used Dutch diet questionnaire to measure students ’ dietary behavior, used the adaptation stop signal task to train students to self-control,and revised the Chinese version of the enhanced sensitivity questionnaire for primary school students.Results:(1)The self-control performance of overweight and normal weight students in food stimulation tasks is lower than their performance in neutral stimulation tasks, and the self-control performance of overweight students in neutral stimulation tasks is lower than that of normal weight students.(2)Computer task training improves obese primary students ’ self-control ability and then improves weight loss.(3)Revision of the Chineseversion of the stdudent s ’ reinforcement sensitivity scale has good reliability and validity.(4)Reward sensitivity and punishment sensitivity all affect restrictive dietary behavior,self-control impulse play a moderating role, punishment sensitivity affects restrictive dietary behavior,self-control inhibition plays a moderating role.To sum up,the study found that the reinforcement sensitivity of primary school students affects their dietary behavior,self-control plays a moderating role, and the adoption of computer training tasks may improve self-control,and then improve dietary problems. |
