Objective:A variety of factors that affect middle school students healthy behaviors. For educating and shaping better Mental Healthy and making the theoretical of middle school students, the study investigated the relationship with three variables. It contains the reinforcement sensitivity、self-ability and health-promotion behaviors. then it established and tested two Path models which explained how reinforcement sensitivity and self control ability effeet middle schools’ health-promoting behaviors.Methods:1)The current research adopted the literature summarizing method to review the relationship between middle school students’ health-promotion behaviors、reinforcement sensitivity and self-control ability. On this basis, the research hypothesis was built.2)The research used three questionnaires. According to the order, it is followed by YanZhang Li revised the BIS/BAS Scale,5items from the Middle School Students’Self-control Ability Questionnaire made by Hongjia Wang and Shaodan Guo. the last questionnaire is the Health-Promotion Lifestyle Profile which revised by Yanjuan Wang and Lijie Wu. The three questionnaires are Chinese versions.Results and Conelusion:1)The reward sensitivity was significantly and positively correlated with the self-control ability, so did the punishment sensitivity. The reward sensitivity was significantly and positively correlated with the health-promotion behaviors, the punishment sensitivity wasn’t significantly correlated with he health-promotion behaviors. The health-promotion behaviors was significantly and negatively correlated with the self-control ability.2)The reward sensitivity of the reinforcement may promote an impaction on the students’ health through self-control.
