Image Expression Of Social Memory In Humanities Documentary

During the process of rapid development and change of Chinese society,excellent traditional culture is facing a crisis of gradual loss while inheriting.Historical culture and social memory of the ethnics gradually decline in the long years and social changes.Therefore,it deserves to explore about how to preserve and reconstruct the social memory of the ethnic group through the record,and enhance the sense of self-identity and belonging for the entire Chinese nation and future generations.Memory has unique individual nature and social attributes,that on the one hand,social memory is composed of individual memory,and the memory and narrative of any individual are inevitably restricted by the social memory framework on the other hand.Individual memory and social memory affect the existence condition of individuals and the development of the society.Therefore,as a mediator of social memory,humanistic documentary plays an important role in the preservation and dissemination of social memory.In the same ethnic group,people of different generations may have different form of memories due to different social backgrounds and living environments.These memories are subject to the framework of social memory,and also complement and improve the social memory and historical culture of the ethnic group.Object,subject and intermediary are the basic elements of all social activities,and vice versa,social memory also has these three key elements.For these three perspectives,this paper studies the main elements and objective carriers of social memory in humanities documentary image expression based on social memory theory,and take humanistic documentary as intermediary to find the external strategy of constructing social memory from the image expression of social memory in it.As a result,the image value and cultural core of humanistic documentary on social memory construction can be explored and deeply discussed.The humanistic documentary has a storing and constructing function of social memory.In the process of recording,grasping the objective carrier of social memory,exploring the experience and emotions of the memory subject are able to better trigger people's identity and ethnic identity,which reflects the intermediary role of humanities documentary in social memory.About the image expression technique,the social memory is portrayed by concrete and vivid audio-visual language,and the individual memory and social memory are perfectly combined with exquisite and unique narrative techniques to promote the image transmission of social memory.In the process of value construction,both the external propaganda of images and the inner communication of culture are seriously considered.Moreover,the human memory space is constructed through the dictation of characters and details in the communication channel,which stimulates the sense of group identity.The construction value of social memory in humanistic documentary is reflected from the perspective of historical restoration and cultural inheritance in the core of communication.It reflects the connotation and function of social memory in the humanistic documentary image expression.The formation of social memory is a cyclical process in which human beings develop from the individual to the colony and from the colony to the society,whilst reacting to the individual by the society,playing an important role in human life and daily production.The humanistic documentary records ordinary people's real life and shows their living conditions at all levels,which is an important medium for carrying and disseminating social memory.The author has studied a large amount of literature and analyzed the creative methods and expression strategies of humanistic documentaries in order to explore in detail the interaction between humanistic documentary and social memory and the value realization process of humanistic documentary on social memory.This paper takes several documentaries as the research object,takes social memory as the research perspective,and combines the author's graduation design work,and analyzes how to use image to wake up and construct social memory for humanistic documentary.The author expects that it can provide reference for related future practice.
