Study On The Construction Of Ethnic Rural Culture

Culture is the soul of a country and a nation.The construction of rural culture is an important part of the realization of rural revitalization strategy.It is related to the development of rural economy and the construction of spiritual civilization.Minority culture is an important part of Chinese culture and is the common spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation.In recent years,under the high attention of the party and the government,rural cultural work in ethnic minority areas has been developed to a certain extent.At the same time,we should also see that the current national and rural cultural construction is not yet compatible with the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way,with the coordinated development of economy and society,and with the spiritual and cultural needs of the peasants.Strengthening the construction of ethnic rural culture is to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the peasant masses,is the objective requirement to promote the rural construction in ethnic areas.Our country is in the final decisive stage of Comprehensively build a well-off society.Cultural construction is an important strategic task in building socialism.Overall promotion of national and rural cultural construction is conducive to inheriting and carrying forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture,strengthening cultural self-confidence,enhancing national cultural soft power,and casting new brilliance of Chinese culture.This paper takes Diao Zitang Village in Ruyuan Yao Autonomous County as the research object,based on the actual situation of ethnic villages,and through field investigation,it is found that Ruyuan ethnic village cultural construction has achieved certain results in cultural education,public infrastructure construction and cultural heritage protection.At the same time,the construction of ethnic village culture in Ruyuan also has some problems,such as imperfect cultural system and mechanism,poor and monotonous cultural activities,ineffective construction of cultural talents and insufficient understanding of cultural importance.It needs to be perfected in practice to continuously improve the overall level of ethnic village culture construction.In view of the problems existing in the construction of ethnic village culture,this paper analyzes the reasons that restrict the construction of ethnic village culture from the aspects of ideology,system,economy and society.Combining with the latest theories of the Party and the state on the construction of rural culture,and drawing on and absorbing the experience of the construction of rural culture at home and abroad,thispaper explores the paths suitable for the construction and development of ethnic village culture around the aspects of perfecting the system and mechanism,increasing the capital investment,strengthening the construction of talent team,and innovating the forms of cultural activities.
