Study On Still Life Painting Of Chardin And Cezanne

Based on the development of Still-Life Painting,this paper,through the investigation on the evolution of Formal Structure in Painting History,focuses on different visual intuitive constitution modes of painter Chardin and Cezanne towards natural objects,and with the assistant of graphics,the writer gives a detailed elaboration on the painters' formal constitutive language through their art works.In the first chapter,the origin of still life painting is discussed,and the development history from the early still life painting in ancient Egypt and Rome to the Dutch still life painting in the 17 th century is reviewed,which serves as the historical background for the study and discussion on the still life painting of chardin and Cezanne.The second chapter,"perceptual intuition--Chardin",through three chapters "Chardin and his art criticism","case analysis under perceptual intuition","perceptual color expression" to discuss Chardin's vision,still life painting achievements and important influence on later generations;The third chapter,"the perceptual organization--Cezanne",discusses Cezanne's observation and expression of still life in the 19 th century through the following three chapters: "Cezanne's inheritance and innovation","the analysis of form composition under the perceptual organization" and "the perceptual color",and reveals the composition method and historical status of Cezanne's painting form.
