Mrs.Dallpway is known as the "London's novel",in which Woolf shows the city by the rapidly changing flow of consciousness. This article will show the two aspects of the city by the urban imagination and perception of the city of Clarissa and Septimus, and will release the construction, fracture and reconstruction of space. The second part is the second to the fourth chapters.Chapter two analyses that Clarissa and Septimus' construct the organic urban space by unified urban imagination;Chapter three analyses the destruction of the perceptual space of unity by the city as a power space, and that the heterogeneous urban cognition of the characters rebuilds the individual space in the city;Chapter four analyses Woolfs efforts to rebuild order after the collapse of Victorian values,as well as the sports thinking and relative spirit contained by Clarissa's mediation of the contradiction between urban imagination and urban cognition and the process of spatial construction and reconstruction. The third part is the conclusion in which we define the urban writing of Mrs.Dalloway as a polyphonic representation of imagination and cognition.
