A Study Of Xi Jinping's Sino-foreign People-to-people Exchanges Thought

With the deepening of globalization,foreign people-to-people exchanges play an increasingly important role in the development of a country's foreign relations and become an important lever to promote the development of state relations.From the perspective of the cultural development of a country,people-to-people exchanges can enable different civilizations to learn from each other and promote the integration and development of the nation.From the perspective of the country's strategic layout,people-to-people exchanges can enhance the country's cultural soft power.At present,people-to-people exchanges have become the three pillars of promoting the development of China's diplomatic undertakings together with strategic mutual trust and economic and trade cooperation.Among them,people-to-people exchanges can effectively promote political mutual trust and economic and trade cooperation.Whether it is building a new-type relationship between major powers,doing a good job in peripheral diplomacy,or implementing the "Belt and Road" initiative to promote the construction of a"community with a shared future for mankind destiny",the role of people-to-people exchanges has become more prominent.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,President Xi Jinping has emphasized the importance of people-to-people exchanges in foreign relations on many occasions and published a series of philosophical views of the times.In the context of globalization and the building of a community of human destiny,these new ideas and new ideas point the way to how to tell good stories about China and pass on China's good voice.The Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core attaches great importance to Sino-foreign people-to-people exchanges,and strengthening research on Sino-foreign people-to-people exchanges has become a hot spot.However,the current academic research mainly focuses on Xi Jinping's political diplomacy and economic diplomacy.The research on Xi Jinping's people-to-people exchanges thought is not enough to meet the theoretical demands of China's foreign relations development in the new era.The research in this paper is mainly carried out from three aspects.First of all,combing the formation basis and main content of Xi Jinping's thoughts on people-to-people exchanges between China and foreign countries.The theoretical basis for the formation of this thought mainly comes from China's excellent traditional cultural thoughts and the inheritance and development of Chinese leaders exchange ideas.The practical basis of Xi Jinping's thoughts on people-to-people exchanges between China and foreign countries is mainly a summary of the current experience of Chinese diplomatic work.For Xi Jinping's main content of people-to-people exchanges ideas,it mainly includes the core content of humanities communication and its relationship with politics and economy.Secondly,it explains the way to realize this idea through five aspects,including the speech of Xi Jinping's foreign exchange visit and the cooperation between Chinese and foreign governments or the private sector to promote humanities exchanges.Then,from the domestic and international perspectives,I discuss the goals that Xi Jinping should pursue in the exchange of humanities and Chinese.Finally,from the perspective of theory and practice,Xi Jinping summarizes and evaluates the people-to-people exchanges thought between China and foreign countries,and looks forward to its development track.
