Dunhuang Frescoes In The Current Practice Of Painting Which Is Taken The Creation Of "Westbound Dunhuang" As An Example

As a multi-cultural treasure vault of art,the Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes gives people unlimited imagination and thinking space.In terms of the field of art,the Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes have rich academic research value in murals,painted sculptures and other aspects which provide a very rich source of inspiration for artistic creation.As a painter,we should do our best to integrate the diversity of the Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes with the current forms of painting for such a precious "Medieval Art Museum" and present Dunhuang art as a visual art symbol in front of the public.The combination of the elements of Dunhuang art and current painting language is as a focus subject research of graduation thesis and creative practice which so as to promote Dunhuang art innovation.I will integrate what I saw,heard,felt and wanted in the process of Dunhuang practice with a very important component of the Dunhuang painting art,Dunhuang frescoes elements to better convey the creative theme to the audience and show the rich artistic language.Meanwhile,it will be the focus of this creation.This article is an attempt to explore the elements of Dunhuang frescoes in the current practice of painting which is taken the creation of "Westbound Dunhuang" as an example.This article is divided into four parts:The first part mainly introduces the research background and significance of the topic.From the exposition of the thousand-year history of Dunhuang frescoes to summarize the art rules and classify and analyze the problems in the field of Dunhuang art innovation at this stage;The second part analyses the existing works of artists at this stage of the project and some works of the National Art Exhibition of "Hadj Dunhuang".Through the study of the existing works,this article summarizes the innovations and the problems that need to be improved in Dunhuang’s artistic creation,so as to clarify the direction of his practical creation and the form of artistic expression;The third part takes the creative practice of"Westbound Dunhuang" as an example to illustrate the innovation points,difficulties and solutions during the creation;The fourth part is the summary of the article from the aesthetics,emotions,values and other aspects of the final exploration and reflection.We made arts and made by arts.The importance and necessity of Dunhuang’s artistic and cultural innovation are forecasted by combining theory with creative cases and using the artistic form of painting creation in this article.This graduation creation uses comprehensive materials as the medium to conduct painting creation with Dunhuang frescoes elements.It not only takes into account the long value of Dunhuang art in Humanities and art research,but also realizes the rich expressive power of comprehensive materials as a new media.It is a bold attempt to integrate traditional Dunhuang art culture with novel painting media.As a unique thought expression language,painting artistic creation has good dissemination.It is of realistic significance to promote the spread of Dunhuang culture and the development of Dunhuang culture.
