After "Desire" And "Desire"

In the 1990 s,the New Generation Novel attracted wide attention in the literary circles,and "desire narration" became a hot topic in the critical circles at that time.After the new century,the New Generation Novel presents new characteristics.The creative attitudes and literary views of the New Generation of writers are also quite different from the rebellious attitude of the 1990 s.They return to the subverted public discourse and accept the literary tradition.However,at present,this interesting literary phenomenon has not received good attention.Literary critics and researchers mostly focus on the "desire narrative" in the 1990 s,and pay less attention to the literary works after the "desire narrative".Therefore,from the current standpoint and from the perspective of literary history,this paper attempts to sort out the "desire narrative" of the New Generation Novel,analyze the literary ideas and narrative attitudes of New Generation writers in the 1990 s,and then compare the changes of the New Generation Novel after the "desire narrative",as well as the writers' new creative attitudes and literary concepts.The main body of this paper is divided into three parts,introduction,body and conclusion,in which the body is discussed in three chapters.The introduction part mainly combs the naming of New Generation writers and the concepts of "desire" and "desire narration",summarizes "desire narration" of the New Generation Novel,and finds that New Generation writers are neglected in their literary creation and concealed literary phenomenon.The first chapter mainly analyses the characteristics of "desire narrative" in the New Generation Novel from the perspective of text.This paper analyses the characteristics of the New Generation Novels in the 1990 s from three parts: the expansion of material desire,the overflow of physical desire and the alienation of desire narration.The second chapter mainly analyses the writers' creative attitude and literary ideal behind the "desire narrative" of the New Generation Novel from the perspective of literary history.In the 1990 s,when the "grand narrative" failed,writers began to construct personal discourse.Faced with the innovation in the form of Avant-garde Fiction and the zero narration in the creation of new realistic fiction,the writers of the new generation have turned their perspective of fiction creation to "desire" and tried to find the freedom of individual "me" through the construction of "body utopia",but this "me" has not been liberated from "body utopia",but has fallen into deep nihility.Chapter three is mainly from the perspective of text,to analyze and discuss the characteristics of novel creation and writers' literary ideas after the "desire narration" of the New Generation writers.After the new century,the combination of desire narration and mass consumption culture gradually lost its original revolutionary and pioneering nature.Some writers of the new generation have turned their literary creation perspective to the social public sphere,and their narrative position has shifted from subversion and rebellion of the mainstream literature to the reconstruction of ethics and the return of literary tradition.The conclusion summarizes the characteristics of novel creation after "desire narrative" and the writer's new literary ideas by comparing the creation of the New Generation writers before and after the "desire narrative".
