A Study Of Government Affairs Microblog's Discourse Expression Pattern

Intentionality of communication is an important aspect of pragmatics research.It mainly inspects how the speaker and the receiver achieve certain communication goals through specific ways in specific verbal communication environment,and how the receiver understands the speaker through context and gives the speaker certain feedback to jointly promote the smooth progress of communication.Government affairs microblog is a new channel for the government to communicate with the audience through new media.In order to ensure a good interaction between the government and the public,government affairs microblog needs to consider how to change the discourse style and how to use appropriate pragmatic means to promote the achievement of communicative purposes in the context of new media.This paper,taking the "Ministry of Public Security's fighting against four Evils and eliminating four Harms"? for an example,discusses the reasons for the new changes in expression mode of government affairs microblog and how the government can use new media to better communicate with the audience from three aspects:discourse entity,pragmatic subject and pragmatic environment.This article is mainly divided into the following parts:The first part is the introduction of this article.This part mainly defines the research object of this paper,sorts out the research status of government affairs microblog and points out the existing problems,and at the same time clarifies the research methods,theoretical basis and the research significance of this paper,and points out the source of the corpus.The second part mainly discusses the characteristics of the discourse expression pattern of government affairs microblog at the present stage.This part is based on the microblogs published by the "Ministry of Public Security's fighting against four Evils and eliminating four Harms" in 2017.After analyzing and collating the collected corpus,it summarizes the features of the government affairs microblog at the present stage,such as multimodal features of pragmatic means,interactive process,rich content and affinity for language.The third part analyzes the reasons that affect the transformation of the discourse expression pattern of government affairs microblog.Firstly,from the perspective of the pragmatic subject,it discusses how the expression subject and the accepting subject influence the discourse expression and discourse content of the government affairs microblog.Secondly,from the perspective of context,it analyzes the factors affecting the change of the discourse expression pattern of the government affairs microblog.It focuses on how social context,network context influence the change of government affairs microblog in terms of expression,discourse content and language features.The fourth part puts forward suggestions for constructing the discourse expression pattern of government affairs microblog.In view of the characteristics and existing problems of the microblog of " Ministry of Public Security's fighting against four Evils and eliminating four Harms",this part mainly discusses how to better promote the construction of the discourse expression mode of government affairs microblog from the aspects of language strategy selection,pragmatic mode selection and construction of pragmatic content.The fifth part is the conclusion of this paper.This part mainly summarizes the viewpoints of the whole article,points out the innovation of the article,and points out the limitations of this article.
