| As a representative of government agencies and officials,government affairs microblog is a set for public affairs,which has become an important platform where government can publish official news,grasp public opinion and gather the wisdom of the people.At the same time,the problem of linguistic unnormative phenomenon in government affairs microblog is also prominent.In order to show the use of language in the operation of government affairs microblog objectively,this study selects government affairs microblog of Henan Province,which has published the most microblogs among all the government affairs microblogs,to conduct the research,and choose the top ten government affairs microblogs in influence power of five different departments as the subject investigated.in order to pass through the language and language anomie.It will provide reference for further standardizing the use of language in government affairs microblog in Henan province by the study of linguistic unnormative phenomenon.Due to the long time span,large number and complex content of government affairs microblogs of these five different departments,this study established the Henan provincial government micro-blog corpus and the Henan government micro-blog anomie corpus with the help of "access" software.Between this two corpuses,the latter is the sub-library of the former,and the selected corpus is mainly the micro-blog in irregular language.A complete micro-blog consists of three parts:topic,title and main body.The linguistic unnormative phenomenon can appear in every part,and the types of linguistic unnormative problems in each part are quite different.After making a quantitative analysis of the textual structure of government affairs microblogs in Henan province,we found that punctuation is the main problem in the main body of the blog,and the symbol problem is another major reason that leads to the unconformity of the topic and the title,and the fragmentary component is the third cause of the unnormative language using of the title language.According to the types of unnormative language using,after a comprehensive investigation of linguistic unnormative corpus in the government affairs microblogs of Henan province,we divided linguistic unnormative phenomenon into six types:the anomie of words,the anomie of vocabulary,the anomie of grammar,the anomie of the semantics,the anomie of pragmatics and the anomie of punctuation.Among these six anomie,punctuation and grammatical anomie are the highest proportion,and the anomie of punctuation marks mainly in the misuse of the ellipsis,and the grammatical anomie is mainly manifested in the misuse of structural auxiliary words.In view of the linguistic unnormative phenomenon in government affairs microblogs of Henan Province,we think that,the government departments should start from the core part of the language,and strengthen the language professional training on government micro-blog publishers in accordance with the problems of words,grammar,semantics and pragmatics.In the peripheral point of view,we should pay a comprehensive attitude to the new language phenomenon in government affairs microblog.And some Internet words which are used in high frequency and indeed accepted by the society can be absorbed into the micro-blog language and enrich the expression of Internet words language. |
