Research On The Discourse Characteristics And Evaluation Of Shaanxi Government Affairs Weibo

With the popularization of the "microblogging politics" awareness,more and more government agencies and officials have begun to use Weibo to communicate with the public to achieve communication and interaction.It can be said that the government microblog has an important role in building a new type of network political discourse ecology.At the same time,there is a multi-dimensional game between government discourse,opinion leader discourse and public discourse on the government microblog platform.Therefore,how the government communicates with the public and other institutional sectors in the context of this pluralistic discourse is of great significance for building a good government image,enhancing the credibility of the government and creating a harmonious atmosphere of the official and the people.This paper takes the discourse features of Shaanxi government microblog as the research object,on the one hand,summarizes the characteristics of the current discourse model,and on the other hand,discusses the discourse communication effect of Shaanxi government microblog from the perspective of the audience,and on this basis Suggestions for the improvement of the discourse mode of government affairs microblog in Shaanxi Province.This paper has five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly expounds the reason of this paper,the research status and research ideas and research methods of government microblog at home and abroad.The second chapter talks about Shaanxi government microblog from the perspective of the main body of verbal communication.The discourse role and the discourse role of the hearer are analyzed.The third chapter is based on Halliday's register theory,which describes the discourse features and functions of Shaanxi government microblog from the three aspects of language field,language and language.The fourth chapter analyzes the usage and satisfaction evaluation of Shaanxi government microblog from the perspective of the audience,and analyzes the reasons behind each phenomenon in combination with in-depth interviews.On the basis of the previous analysis,the fifth chapter puts forward specific suggestions for the improvement of discourse mode in Shaanxi government microblog.This article wants to elaborate on the following aspects:(1)The discourse mode and information release form of the government microblog determine the difference in the responsibility of the speaker's dialogue message,which in turn makes the speaker have multiple discourse functions.The speaker should not only be good at "speaking",but also pay attention to "listening" and "answering",but also knowing to choose "effective listener" for information dissemination.The listener's discourse role depends on the speaker's presupposition of its response authority,which determines the effectiveness of government information dissemination.Therefore,from these aspects,the discourse form of the government microblogging speaker(ie,the identity of the speaker set by the government microblog planner)plays a decisive role in the verbal communication effect between the government and the people in the microblog context.(2)Speech communication is inseparable from context.From the perspective of Halliday,the establishment of context can be considered from three aspects:language field,language and language.The characteristics of Shaanxi government affairs microblog in terms of context are mainly reflected in the micro and macro aspects.Microscopic aspects include the use of salutation,online buzzwords,dialects,etc.,as well as the mixing of Chinese and English codes.The macro aspects include the release of information,the setting of topic content,the choice of speech acts,and the structure of the text.(3)From the perspective of the audience,the factors affecting the effectiveness of government microblog communication mainly include the rationality of topic setting,information release form,discourse style,public participation and interaction.For the current discourse model evaluation of Shaanxi government microblog,the overall satisfaction of the public is higher.(4)Shaanxi government microblog needs to make reasonable discourse mode planning in terms of interaction,public opinion governance,language skills training of planners and evaluation supervision.Through the analysis of the current discourse characteristics of Shaanxi government microblog and the survey of audience satisfaction,some theoretical reference can be provided for the future development of Shaanxi government microblog.
