The Inheritance And Innovation Of Xiangxian Culture Of Jiujiang In Jiangxi Province Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The Xiangxian culture is an important part of the Chinese traditional culture.Inheriting and innovating the Xiangxian culture is an important mission of building socialist culture and realizing the revitalization of rural culture.In 2014,Liu Qichen,Minister of the Central Propaganda Department,proposed inheriting and promoting the Xiangxian culture which is conducive to the contemporary and giving play to the demonstration role of New Xiangxian.In 2015 to 2017,The No.1 Document of the Central Committee clearly stated that it is necessary to innovate the culture of Xiangxian and promote the fine traditional culture of China.In 2018,the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to implement the strategy of rural revitalization.And the rural cultures construction is an important part of the strategy of-rural revitalization.In the new era,the culture of Xiangxian was formed in the way of absorbing the advanced culture on the basis of criticizing and inheriting the traditional Xiangxian culture.It not only covers the connotation of excellent traditional culture,but also plays a leading role in the cultural value of the new era.Jiujiang City,located in the northern part of Jiangxi Province,has the cultural advantages of "diversity" such as political culture,religious culture,seclusion culture,military culture,architectural culture and study culture.The Xiangxian culture is also an important component of these mulliculturalism.The construction of Xiangxian culture has important practical significance for inheriting and innovating Jiujiang's multiculturalism,building a multicultural brand and Enhancing the soft power of Jiujiang.This paper summarizes the new concept of inheritance and innovation of Xiangxian culture by analyzing the case of inheritance and innovation of Xiangxian culture under the background of rural revitalization in China.Then,take Jiujiang's Xiangxian culture as the research object according to the theory of national rural revitalization strategy and the practical experience of building rural culture in other regions,the feasible countermeasures suitable for the inheritance and innovation of Jiujiang's Xiangxian culture in the context of rural revitalization strategy are explored.This article is divided into four parts:The first is the introduction part;The second part explains the Interaction among Xiangxian,Xiangxian culture,the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the Development of Xiangxian Culture.In detail it explains the meaning and composition of Xiangxian,the connotation and basic characteristics of the Xiangxian culture,the main contents and significance of the rural revitalization strategy in China.What's more,it explores the interaction between the rural culture and the rural revitalization strategy.The third part sorts out the historical overview of the development of Jiujiang's Xianxian culture,then Summarizes the current situation of the development of Jiujiang's Xiangxian culture,analyzes the problems existing in the development of Jiujiang's Xiangxian culture,and systematically analyzes the causes of the problems.The fourth part proposes feasible measures for the inheritance and innovation of Jiujiang's Xiangxian culture from the aspects of cultivating the township,guiding the return of the township,and the development mechanism of the township culture.
