The Research On Assessment Of Cultural Resources In Yangxin County,Hubei Province

With the rapid development of China's economy,while pursuing the material standard of life,residents have also improved their pursuit of spiritual products.In order to adapt to the development of the times,the necessity of innovating the existing economic model has been affirmed.As a new industry pillar,cultural industry has a far-reaching impact on the current regional development and cultural construction[1].In this context,more and more regions regard culture as a new breakthrough point,develop local cultural resources,and give full play to the economic and industrial advantages of cultural resources.Developing cultural industry is conducive to the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure in underdeveloped areas,forming new economic growth points and promoting the sustainable development of local economy.The first step of cultural industry planning is to assessment the local cultural resources scientifically,which can not only sort out and summarize the local cultural resources,but also guide the healthy development of regional cultural resources reasonably and effectively.At present,the assessment of cultural resources in China mainly focuses on the value assessment of cultural resources,and the assessment of simple category of cultural resources.The comprehensive assessment of cultural resources is very few,and mainly focuses on qualitative research.This paper takes Yangxin County of Hubei Province as the research object of cultural resources assessment,and carries out quantitative assessment for two main reasons.One is that there is a blank in the domestic research on cultural resources assessment of Yangxin County,but Yangxin County has a long history,rich cultural resources and high research value.At present,the development of cultural industry in Yangxin County is poor,and the cultural resources of Yangxin County are exploited.Taking quantitative and qualitative methods to conduct comprehensive investigation and research and to analyze the final results,we can put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the direction of cultural resources development and protection in Yangxin County.Secondly,because Yangxin County is an underdeveloped area,there are many underdeveloped counties and cities in China,such as Yangxin County.The assessment and investigation of Yangxin County's cultural resources can provide a good reference for the assessment and research of the cultural resources in areas similar to those in Yangxin County.Before carrying out the formal research,the author collected a large number of relevant data and literature and summarized them.Firstly,this paper discusses the current research status of cultural resources assessment in China and foreign countries,and studies the connotation,classification,research means and evaluation criteria of cultural resources assessment.Based on the above research,the first-level indicators of cultural resources assessment in Yangxin County are obtained,including resource quality,resource utility,development expectation and inheritance ability.According to the content of these four indicators,a reasonable assessment system is formulated.Then,a fuzzy comprehensive assessment method based on analytic hierarchy process is used to build an assessment model which is suitable for the current situation of Yangxin County.The cultural resources in Yangxin County are divided into six main types of resources,and the scoring criteria of the corresponding cultural resources assessment indicators are established.Experts are invited to assessment the cultural resources in Yangxin County.Finally,according to the assessment results and the actual situation of Yangxin County,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given for the orderly development and protection of Yangxin County's cultural resources.
