Su Shi was one of the most representative poets in the Northern Song Dynasty.Up to now,the overall study of Su Shi's poetry can be described as a grand view,which involves various subjects of him.However,the study on his tea-chanting poetry is always the least In fact,Su shi's tea-chanting poetry are worth studying deeply,because of the popularity of tea culture in the Northern Song Dynasty and his love towards tea.Therefore,it is not difficult to understand Su Shi's preference for tea in his poetry composition.In other word,Su Shi's tea poetry is an unique existence in his diet poetry,which can be classified and studied separately.Starting from Su Shi's aesthetic thoughts,the paper makes a new interpretation of his works on this subject from a different literary perspective.Chapter one draws the number of these poems under the standards of Su Shi's tea-chanting poetry,on the basis of the overall grasp and statistics of the specific poems.Besides,the purpose of writing and the elements related to tea culture have been classified.Chapter two analyzes the aesthetic categories involved in Su Shi's tea-ehanting poems,and draws the conclusion that the aesthetic categories are contradictory but inclusive under the analysis of representative cases.On the basis of analyzing Su Shi's aesthetic categories,chapter three examines and explains the aesthetic thoughts of Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism in his poems.Finally,from a diachronic perspective,the paper analyzes the intertextuality between Su Shi and other poets as well as their tea-chanting poetry.In addition,the paper analyzes the influence of Su Shi's poetry on the aesthetics of later generations.
