The category of emptiness in xiyouji has quite significant aesthetic values. The journey to the west is to gain freedom both of physical and mental in essence.Practice is to discover the true and self-nature from the illusion. If you can understand the true and practice according to it,you will be empty and illusory to realize the truth. The sutra seekers in journey to the west have achieved the true result through more than14 years of bitter practice, which shows that meditation is to enter the empty space with an instant Epiphany, and to see the truth is the real face without any pretence. However, the Epiphany will not be abandoned gradually.Meditation itself is also a process of the gradual manifestation of emptiness, and Epiphany is an opportunity for the manifestation of emptiness and righteousness, which contains the formation of beautiful images and artistic conception. This article takes the prajna class and the Chinese zen classic "altar sutra" as the center, carries on the search from the historical evolution of "empty" meaning, based on the semantic analysis of "empty" in "journey to the west",draws the conclusion that "empty" and "have" harmony is the empty view in "journey to the west"."Journey to the west" follows the middle way aesthetics of "emptiness","emptiness" and "being".Specifically, aesthetic practice means the effort of "non-existence",and the achievement is the aesthetic realm of "non-phase",which is connected with the noumenon of "non-consciousness" through the generation of instant beauty of Epiphany."Mind" occupies a key position in the practice of buddhist meditation."Emptiness" is the artistic conception that the meditators get from their mind and nature."self-consciousness" and "nature" are the specific connotation of "mind-nature cultivation".The "mind-nature" in "journey to the west" refers to the general outline of zen's practice of "mind and nature".In journey to the west, practice is the perceptual manifestation of zen mind thoughts from theory to practice, which itself is the generation process of "empty" aesthetic experience and "phase" aesthetic image due to the participation of the practitioner's real life.Emptiness and existence are equal in the mind practice of buddhist monks who go to buddhist scriptures. As the harmony of emptiness and existence, zen poetry forms the poetic realm of "illussia" in journey to the west."illussia" is born from "heart"."Feiyou" refers to the present generation of the artistic conception of zen poetry in journey to the west. The "poetic state" of "the present is living" is also not easy to read, and the "poetic state" is illussive, and the key to the connection between "poetic state" and "emptiness" is that it is closely related to the "temporal experience" of "meditation".The language that carries zen poems and buddhist sutras is also empty. In journey to the west, the content of the aesthetic conception of empty characters is the harmony between "the true scriptures without characters" and "the true scriptures with characters".It not only clarifies the principle of "emptiness of nature" in the light of "no word truth",but also does not hinder the aesthetic conception of "self-nature" in the light of this principle.Furthermore, the debate between buddhist monks and Buddha on "youzi" and "wuzi" is the manifestation of an empty and harmonious aesthetic in the text of the sutra, and the "beauty" lies between the presence and absence of words and silence.
