There are a large number of cultural words in teaching materials of Chinese as a foreign language,which are closely related to Chinese culture.Especially in the middle and advanced Chinese teaching,with the rapid increase in the number of cultural words,the teaching and acquisition of cultural words has gradually become a major problem in the teaching process.Studying the acquisition of cultural words is conducive to clarifying the acquisition of cultural words by second language learners under the influence of different factors,improving the construction of learners,Chinese language system,and promoting learners' understanding of Chinese culture and the spread of Chinese culture.Taking Developing Chinese(2nd Edition)as the main reference textbook,this paper explores the influence of different factors on the acquisition of cultural words by middle and advanced Chinese learners from three aspects:the repetition rate of cultural words in textbooks,word length and semantic transparency.Based on the results of the study and from the perspective of practical teaching,this paper puts forward feasible suggestions for the teaching of cultural words for teachers of Chinese as a foreign language and the learning of cultural words for second language learners,and designs teaching cases for the teaching of cultural words.The full text consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction of the paper.It mainly introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research,research methods,the general situation of cultural words at home and abroad,and the definition of cultural words.Chapter two establishes the repetition rate,word length and semantic transparency of cultural words in textbooks as the main factors affecting the acquisition of cultural words by second language learners at intermediate and advanced Chinese levels.Through the statistics,classification and comparison of cultural words in the textbooks,the relevant data of Chinese cultural words in the reference textbooks are sorted out,and the appropriate corpus of Chinese cultural words is established.Chapter three explores the influence of three factors,namely,the repetition rate,word length and semantic transparency,on the learners'cultural vocabulary acquisition by means of a questionnaire survey on the cultural vocabulary acquisition of middle and advanced Chinese proficiency learners.According to the previous study,Chapter four puts forward relevant teaching suggestions from three aspects:the arrangement of cultural words repetition rate in TCFL textbooks,the teaching of cultural words for TCFL teachers and the learning of cultural words for learners,and designs some teaching cases of cultural words according to the characteristics of the study.The last chapter is the conclusion,which mainly summarizes the main contents and main points of the paper,and points out the shortcomings of the paper.
