Study On Calligraphy And Painting Collection Of Yuan You Dynasty

Chinese painting and calligraphy collection has a long history and it's mainly divided into two types:the royal collection and the private collection.Before the Song Dynasty,the principal type is given priority to the royal collection.Until the Northern Song Dynasty,referential policies for men of letters greatly influenced and boosted the development and prosperity of painting and calligraphy art at that time.Besides the royalty appreciation and collection,private collectors also started to play an important role in this time.In the period of Yuan You Dynasty,the literati group,which Sushi was the center and “Su Men”,Mi Fu,Wang Shen,Huang Tingjian Li Gonglin were main members,could be said to be typical representatives of private collectors in the Northern Song Dynasty.The purpose of this paper is to put the painting and calligraphy collection of the Yuan You Dynasty literati as the center,in order to observe the calligraphy and painting current in Northern Song Dynasty,especially by taking Su Shi,“Su Men”,Mi Fu,Wang Shen,Li Gonglin,Huang Tingjian as examples to analysis the characteristics and methods of painting and calligraphy collection in the Yuan You Dynasty,thereby inspect and generalize the causes of forming and far-reaching influences on painting and calligraphy of Yuan You Dynasty literati,in the hope of doing an in-depth research about the painting and calligraphy collection of Yuan You Dynasty literati in the Northern Song Dynasty period.This paper approach topic from defining the conception of Yuan You literati,and unfold the formation and development process of Yuan You literati.It argue the source of collections,the characteristics and methods of painting and calligraphy collection mainly by elaborating “Collecting” and “Identification”.Last,it analysis the causes of forming and far-reaching influences on painting and calligraphy of Yuan You Dynasty literati from objective and subjective aspects.
