The two-dimensional works have always been loved by audiences of all ages with their unique aesthetic characteristics, diversified plots, vivid and rich expressions. In recent years, the booming development of the two-dimensional cultural industry has also become a powerful driving force for social and economic development. The large-scale users constitute a number of two-dimensional communities, and the distinctive youth subculture has grown and developed, and has had an increasingly profound impact on the mainstream culture of society. As a leading company in the two-dimensional field,Bilibili has nearly 100 million monthly active users and 1 billion user interactions per month. The community is ecologically prosperous, with the numerous numbers of two-dimensional works. The population has a pivotal position and influence. The purpose of this research is'to provide a reasonable and scientific two-dimensional community operation plan for the long-term development and prosperity. The article first analyzes the background of operational planning and organizes the relevant theories.Secondly,it sorts out the current operational status of the community and the history of community construction, and understands its development history. Then,SWOT analysis was conducted on the website itself to clarify its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.Based on this, questionnaires and face-to-face interviews were conducted for target users to understand user needs and problems. Finally,on the basis of the previous research, the author proposes a specific community operation optimization design plan based on Maslow's demand theory, and proposes an evaluation model of operational effects to facilitate the evaluation of subsequent operational effects.
