Research On Bilibili’s User Interactive Communication From The Perspective Of ACG Subculture

This article takes users of Bilibili Barrage Websites(hereinafter referred to as "B website")as the research object,and mainly studies the interactive communication forms,elements and interactive communication behaviors of the B website users in the ACG subculture.The research methods are questionnaire survey method,in-depth interview method and participatory observation method.The study found that ACG sub-cultural groups are concentrated in first-tier cities or coastal cities such as Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,and Shenzhen.ACG subculture is a kind of youth subculture,which must carry the "critical" color and "stylization" of youth subculture,and also integrate the characteristics of ACG subculture.Its group members have a high degree of loyalty to their cultural group,and are willing to pay a certain amount of time or money for it.Watching anime is their most direct cultural consumption behavior.B website is known for its super many genuine cartoons and an equal community atmosphere.To alleviate growth anxiety and strengthen self-identity,young ACG enthusiasts chose this platform.I found that ACG subculture enthusiasts constitute the main users of B website,mainly after the post-95 s and post-00s;the occupations are mainly students,of which college students account for the largest proportion,secondary students and below.Under the influence of subcultures,these users are highly motivated to interact and communicate in a variety of ways.The more individuals are interested in ACG content,the more likely they are to have interactive communication behaviors.Members proactively mine and share information,filter invalid information through interactive communication behaviors,and improve the content quality of interactions within the group.Members of the ACG subculture group acting as viewers on B website’s interactive communication activities include commenting,reposting,sending,and watching barrage,etc.ACG subculture group members as communicators are more likely collecting information in their favorite fields,then sort them out before sharing them.In addition,offline communication complements the online communication of members of the ACG subcultural group,showing that it is different from other groups.ACG subculture is a niche culture attached to popular culture.Its group is professional and vertical.It is difficult for individuals to find like-minded people in real life.The Internet can break this barrier and bring people with the same interests together.ACG subculture enthusiasts can find people who are similar or the same as their own preferences through Bilibili.Personal love has become a collective love.Interaction in the group can help them establish a group identity with each other and gain group identity from it.Finally,because the two-dimensional role stimulates the emotions of the group members,this emotion also triggers the user’s interactive communication behavior.In the era of information explosion,because the amount of information is too large,people cannot control their emotions well,and they need to rely on other people to interact with themselves.This emotional interaction has a positive guiding role.
