With the evolution and expediting of the "Internet +" form,the public digital cultural service under the "Internet + public service" has become the new direction and new situation of public cultural services.At present,China's public digital cultural engineering develops rapidly,but due to the lack of effective supervision and management,the service level of public digital cultural engineering service agencies is uneven,and there is no uniform evaluation standard for the service quality of public digital cultural engineering.The research on the service quality of public digital cultural engineering is short,less in quantity and lack of systematization.Therefore,the establishment and improvement of public digital cultural engineering service quality evaluation system,effective evaluation and scientific management,not only can it better meet the growing digital cultural needs of the people in the standardized track,but also a positive complement to improve the modern public cultural service system.This paper takes the service quality of public digital cultural engineering as the research object.Firstly,based on the analysis of national important policies and regulations and the classical theoretical model of service quality evaluation,combined with the first group of experts' opinions,this paper constructs a preliminary evaluation index of service quality of public digital cultural engineering,modifies the preliminary evaluation index through the second group of experts' interviews,and based on the analytic hierarchy process.The evaluation index system model of public digital cultural engineering service quality is constructed.Then,based on the corresponding weight of the indicators given by the analytic hierarchy process,a service quality evaluation model of public digital cultural engineering is constructed.The model contains two levels of indicators: construction supply,guarantee support,result effect and user experience.The second level of indicators is: new media platform,digital resources,user training,equipment venues,volunteer services,organizational support,funds.Guarantee,policy guarantee,talent guarantee,popularity,influence,equalization,public welfare,individualization,interaction,availability,ease of use,effectiveness,richness and initiative,the relative importance of each index is ranked according to the assignment,and suggestions are put forward to improve the service quality of public digital cultural engineering.Finally,combined with the public digital culture project of Nanchang Library,the model is applied to verify the practicability of the evaluation model.The establishment of the service quality evaluation model of public digital cultural engineering perfects the relevant evaluation system of public digital cultural services,which has certain practical significance for improving the service quality of public digital cultural engineering.
