W company is engaged in the Japanese training business.In recent years,with the blowout expansion of education and training industry market scale,the company's business and income have achieved excellent development.However,in 2018 its revenue has suffered a "cliff-edge,decline.Based on this,this paper will study the business model of W company,analyze the key variables of the dynamie changes of the business model on the enterprise,and then combine the "six elements of wei and zhu"model to carry out innovation optimization and design of the business model of W company.First of all,through the business model and dynamic theory and literature on the definition and nature of the business model to understand the current research results at home and abroad.Combined with the current realistic background,the market environment faced by W company is studied through PEST model and intermal environment factor model.Then,according to the seven elements of the material and information aspects of the business model,the existing business model of W company,its competitiveness and development dilelma are analyzed and it was found that the existing "single business model" could not adapt to the development of W company.Then,the dynamic changes of the business model were studied,and the dynamic constraints of the business model were studied from five dimensions of time,space,environment,resources and consciousness.Then,W company was substituted into the research results,and the 12 key constraint variables were affecting W company were extracted.Respectively is:the enterprise innovation ability,market segmentation,robustness,enterprise operation and enterprise organization management mode,strain capacity,enterprise development and docking capability,enterprise marketing ability,the enterprise core competitive power of products,enterprise integration,enterprise legal risk,enterprise awareness and ability.Finally,the 12 variables were taken as constraints and combined with wei zhu six elements model to sort out and innovate the business model of W company,Form a new "Alliance cooperative business model".Furthernore,Evaluate the old and new business models by comparing their competitiveness and evaluating the advantages and disadvantages,concluded that the new business model to complete could meet the needs of the W company's future development.There are two innovations in this paper.The first innovation is to study the critical constraint variables of the dynamic nature of the business model on the enterprise business model through five dynamic dimensions.Based on the time dimension,the five dynamic dimensions are studied in turn to form a dimensional closed loop,and the influence of dynamic constraints and critical variables of each dimension on enterprise business model are analyzed in detail.The second innovation point is that in the innovation and optimization design of the business model of W company,the dynamic constraint key variables of the business model and the business model innovation model from the fundamental perspective are adopted for research and analysis to obtain the new business model.Also hope to provide referenees to similar institutions.There are 30 figures,35 tables and 84 references in this paper.
